About Us Ordering from jfonline.co.uk is easy
- find the item you require
- choose the colour/size, if applicable, by clicking on the drop down list to view the options, then clicking again on the one you require
- click the "BUY" button
- wherever you are on jfonline, you can add items to your basket in the same way
- you can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking on the "View Landing Net" button, you can also add or remove items from your landing net at any time.
- post and packing costs will be shown in your shopping basket. You have the option to change the delivery costs according to the products you are having delivered.
- click the "Checkout" button when you have finished shopping
- fill in the order details on the secure form
You can also place an order by phone, fax or mail.

Payment
We accept American Express, Delta, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Pin Train, Solo, UK Maestro, Visa, Fortoak and Switch. We also accept Electron but many of these cards are 'Swipe only' and therefore cannot be used for online transactions.
We also accept PayPal payments made to ebay@tackleshop.co.uk. If you require this option please contact us before placing your order.
For payment by voucher please ring as we need to receive the voucher before goods can be dispatched.

We will not charge you for any goods until they are despatched.

Returned goods
Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Any packaging i.e. reel boxes must also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit you, will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

Delivery Costs
The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order. Unfortunately we have to charge carriage but we attempt to keep it to a minimum and believe our charges are the lowest in the industry.

Tax Charges (VAT)
All the prices shown in our store include VAT. If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT. This will be subtracted automatically at the checkout.

Import duty or tax
Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.

Credit Card Security
We have never had a case of credit card fraud using our shopping system. All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and they are only decrypted after they reach us.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling Shipping is charged on all goods. The cost will be variable depending upon destination. Every effort is made to minimise shipping costs.

Its is your responsiblity to select the postage which best suit your purchase and your requirements this can be done in the checkout area, within shipping and handling.

For UK customers, orders up to 500 grams will be sent Recorded & signed for. Standard delivery.

Orders over 500 Grams will be charged £5.00 per courier pack up to 5 kgs. Standard delivery.

Orders between 5kg and up to 25 kgs will be charged at £9.50. Standard delivery.

All rods and long objects will be charged at £9.50. Standard delivery.

Jack Frost Tackle Ltd makes every endeavour fit an order into a single box, but reserves the right to despatch multiple boxes as appropriate.

Overseas customers will be charged depending upon destination and an invoice will accompany the goods.

If overseas customers wish to know the shipping costs, contact us and we will respond by e-mail or fax. Shipping damage is explictly excluded from any warranty.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . Products not in stock will remain on back order for 14 days, whereupon we will e-mail the customer for further instructions.

If a product is no longer available for any reason, we will e-mail the customer with a suggested alternative. We do not guarantee that all goods offered on this site are always available.
