	Stephen Mugridge, Director Formerly a keen match angler with Crawley AS and Sussex County, Stephen has fished at all levels of the match circuit including the Drennan Super League, Division 1 Nationals and Angling Times Winter League finals. Since the purchase of Jack Frost Tackle, he has broadened his skills and is now a keen fly fisherman, including fly fishing for bass on the south coast and more recently in the Caribbean for bonefish. His biggest fish ever came in 2001: a Nile perch weighing an incredible 129lb! This was caught during what is believed to be the best single trip to Lake Nassau, where a group of Jack Frost customers caught over 20 fish of 100lb+. The biggest was a fish of over 220lb!
	Andy Dommett, Carp Manager Andy, to his mates, is one of the best known carp anglers in the south with captures of carp over 40lbs and catfish of 60lbs. Andy is sponsored by Freespirit, Wychwood SPD and Carp Company and really knows the market. Always willing to talk and live the next fish, Andy is a great source of information on bait, rigs and locations. finally, Andly has a special skill: he carries out the most exquisite personalisation of fishing gear using his amazing angling art talents, that can be reproduced on glassware, rods and many other surfaces.
	Michael Pawsey, Retail Manager Mick is the most experienced member of staff and has travelled extensively throughout the world, fishing many locations. Mick has fished with the likes of Matt Hayes, John Wilson and many international names and is a excellent all round angler.
	Paul Freeman, Insurance Administrator Paul was formerly a fisheries manager with a degree in Fish Farm Management. He is also a fully qualified PAA (Professional Anglers Association) instructor. Paul has caught carp over 40lbs and has had match weights in excess of 100lbs. Paul specialises in dealing with insurance claims for Jack Frost and has considerable experience dealing with our customers.
	Nick Ardley, Consultant Nick regularly fishes for Sussex County and is a regular winner on the match open circuit. If the latest equipment is what you’re looking for I can almost guarantee that Nick has probably tried it and has a far assessment of what is hot and what is not in the match circuit.
	Ian Day, Insurance Administrator The newest addition to the Jack Frost team is also one of the most highly qualified. With a degree in Fisheries Management & Aquaculture from Sparsholt College, Hants, Ian fulfilled a childhood ambition and became a fisheries consultant. He can also cut the mustard with a rod in his hand: his biggest catch was a carp weighing an amazing 37lb 12oz!
	Simon Young, Fly & Game Assistant Simon works at Jack Frost Tackle on Saturdays and is a well known angler and author. Simon’s main passion is foreign game fishing, salmon and trout angling. Simon has given many professional fly tying presentations and fished regularly in Russia, the Pacific, the Caribbean, Florida and South America. If travelling is your idea of fun, then give Simon or Mick a call.
	Matt Hayes, Consultant Matt needs no introduction to the fishing world. We at Jack Frost simply refer to him as 'The King of Angling'. Many people will know him from his Sky TV programmes, but few will know this man as the most approachable and knowledgeable angler in the UK. Matt has fished all over the world and always has an exciting tale to tell.
	Barry Reece, Fly & Game Consultant English Fly Fishing Captain, Baz to his mates, has represented England in many internationals, both in the UK and abroad. Although he only took up fly fishing ten years ago, he has quickly become one of the UK's most outstanding anglers. If fly fishing is your sport, then Baz is your man.
	Keith Huggins, Match Consultant Division 1 national winner, Sussex County Senior Angler, Keith is a regular match-winner on the Southern UK match circuit. Keith is also a fully-qualified PAA Instructor and can provide private, individual courses to meet your needs. Keith has regualrly achieved 100lb+ match weights.
	Clive Williams, Carp Consultant Nutrabaits and Solar consultant, Clive is a regular at Jack Frost Tackle. If your preference is for carp fishing in France at venues like Les Quis, then Clive is the best source of advice for you. He has regularly landed fish of 60lbs+ and has advised many manufacturers concerning their tackle designs and baits. Bon chance!
	John Carver, Consultant As a regular writer in the angling press, John needs no introduction. we simply call him 'The Master of Carp Fishing'! He has 30 years experience in carp fishing, especially in the UK, where he has travelled widely. John's famous motto is to always "keep it simple", which has obviously proved very effective for him over the years.
	Pete Bethune Peter has been fishing for over 40 years and likes to class himself as an all rounder. He started in the 60’s and Carp Fished when fishing tackle was at a premium, fishing Kent waters such as the School Pool & Bysing Wood. Peter now loves match fishing with his local club, fishing on the River Severn for barbel, holidays in Ireland, and more recently fly fishing on the River Test.
	Mag’s Cameron New to the team Margaret has a broad knowledge base with experience in Fly fishing, Match fishing and more recently Carp fishing including the capture of a 44lb catfish. Margaret works with the team in the sales dept and is always on hand to pass on her advice and experience.
	Chris Frappell New to the Carp team Chris has already achieved a high level of achievement in capturing carp to over 30lb. Chris has developed a very friendly approach and has an excellent technical knowledge of both products and fishing techniques.
	Craig Edwards Craig works part time in Jack Frost and has great respect in the local carp fishing scene and has many large carp captures to his name. A name to watch out for in the future.
	Jon Pack Consultant One of the countries leading carp anglers Jon has to his credit the capture of Two Tone at 64lb 5oz and the previous British record holder. Jon say’s “I use Jack Frost Tackle for most of my requirements, they are very knowledgeable, friendly and normally have everything I require in stock and are a great source of information on the UK fishing scene”.
	Fluff (Paul Hill) Consultant Paul known as Fluff in the carp world with English carp to over 45LB is one our most regular customers and can usually been seen in the shop with his son Charley (Mini Fluff).
	Charley Hill (Mini Fluff) Well what can we say? With a dad like Fluff, “Mini Fluff” is bound to produce some of the best carp captures around. With a 54lb carp to his credit his dad is now playing catch-up.
